About Us The Art of Wallpaper manufacture all their wallpapers in Norfolk, UK, using a top quality wallpaper and water based inks. Our aim is to have a satisfied customer whose expectations are fully realised in their choice of wallpaper. We, therefore, advise that the wallpaper is hung by a qualified and experienced decorator. Hanging instructions are written on the reverse of the wallpaper label.
Making A Purchase TO MAKE A PURCHASE
Please browse our store and add any item(s) that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for the details we require to complete your order.

If there is a point in the process that you wish to begin again click on CANCEL, VIEW BASKET [top right hand banner] and REMOVE items as indicated. UPDATE and continue. If you are having difficulty, please email Belynda at info@theartofwallpaper.com

PAYING AN INVOICE
This site may be used for paying an invoice.
Click on PAYING AN INVOICE in the STORE SECTION [left hand side of the screen]
Follow directions until you reach your particular invoice number. Click and follow to CHECKOUT. Follow as above.

PAYMENT
If you are shoping from North America or outside the UK please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

After placing an order, we will reply confirming your order and advise you on the stock position
and expected date of despatch and where appropriate freight charges.

At this point we will confirm the total amout we will take from your credit card.

Orders over 7 rolls A quote will be obtained and emailed for customer acceptance before wallpaper is despatched.

F.O.B Customer agent to collect. Please let us know on the order if this is the preferred option
Delivery Schedule From receipt of an order we aim to despatch the wallpaper within 48 hours. However, should we not have stock we will notify you immediatley and make it a prority on our print run.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. On orders to Europe, please supply your VAT number. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Before opening the wallpaper please check you have received the correct design/colour and that all the rolls have the same batch number. [see front label].

After hanging 2 lengths, check for shading, wallpaper printing faults, and that the wallpaper is hung the correct way up. At this point, if you are unhappy, STOP.

No claims will be accepted for more than one roll and any claim is strictly limited to the replacement
of faulty wallpaper.
